Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)


Shipping Methods & Weight-Based Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination.

United States – Standard Shipping

Estimated Transit Time: 5–10 business days

United States – Expedited Shipping

Estimated Transit Time: 2–4 business days
Cost: Automatically calculated at checkout based on total order weight.

Note: We do not specify carriers because multiple logistics partners may be used to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Time Estimates

Total delivery time = Processing Time (1–2 days) + Carrier Transit Time (as shown at checkout).

Delivery estimates are provided in business days and may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or unforeseen carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

These fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to pick up or accept delivery

The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds (when applicable) do not include original shipping costs.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot change address details after your order has shipped.
