Superlift Return and Refund Policy


Effective Date: October 2025


At Superlift Material Handling Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality, durable material handling equipment to our customers across the United States and Canada. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our custom-built equipment.


🧾 1. Eligibility for Returns


We accept returns under the following conditions:


The product was purchased directly from Superlift or through an authorized Superlift dealer.


The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.


The equipment is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.


A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.


⚠️ Note: Custom-built or special-order equipment is non-returnable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.


⚙️ 2. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


Custom or modified builds designed to customer specifications.


Electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical components that have been installed or altered.


Clearance, final-sale, or discontinued items.


Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.


🚚 3. Return Process


To initiate a return:

 or call 1-800-884-1891.


Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.


If eligible, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.


All returns freight is paid fully both ways, unless the return is due to an approved manufacturing defect or a shipping error by Superlift. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.


💰 4. Refunds


Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.


A 15% restocking fee may apply for standard, non-custom products.


Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


🛠️ 5. Defective or Damaged Products


If your equipment arrives damaged or defective:


Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.


Include photos, serial numbers, and a brief description of the issue.


After assessment, Superlift will, at its discretion, arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.


📦 6. Cancellations


Orders can only be canceled prior to production or shipment.


Once production has begun or materials have been sourced, cancellations are not permitted.


Custom and special-order equipment is non-cancelable once confirmed.
