The SUPERLIFT Stainless Steel Tight Turning Ratio Stacker is designed for facilities that require powerful pallet handling performance in compact and restricted spaces. With an ultra-tight turning radius, stainless steel construction, and lifting capacity up to 3,000 lbs, this stacker is ideal for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical facilities, narrow aisles, and controlled manufacturing environments.
Having the shortest wheelbase for our straddle stacker as well as our forkover line of walk-behind lift trucks will ensure you can move your heaviest loads in the smallest process rooms. The stacker moves, lifts and lowers efficiently in all manufacturing spaces, but its tight turning radius makes it the ideal choice for narrow aisles, process rooms and airlocks. The Superlift stackers have the shortest chassis in the worldwide industry and will still lift 3000 lbs.
Regardless of load size, the stacker’s travel speed is variable from .01 miler hour to 3.5 miles per hour. This variable speed ensures optimal safety in tight locations and high productivity when traveling open halls. The best part is that the operator is always in full control and can maintain high-performance control throughout the entire operation, but when necessary, can slow the lift to a turtle crawl instantly.
An ergonomic operator handle provides the operator with finger control travel, lift, and lower functions all located on the handle for efficient and safe operation. Parking brake and belly button safety switch to reverse travel just in case the operator gets in a tight spot. The lift can be moved with either hand and make it simple to control and degree tiller arm rotation offers excellent operator comfort and makes steering effortless. A gas-assisted shock returns the handle to its resting position. Power Steering options are available for heavier capacity stackers over 3000 lbs.

Charging is simple 110 Volt wall outlet and the smart charger will charge only to where the batteries are recharged and then shut off extending battery life.
